Requests to CapitalWave
Use the monitored contact channel displayed below for privacy, accessibility and service questions. Include the relevant service, request type and a safe way to reply. Do not send passwords, recovery links, session tokens or full learner records. We may request proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing records.
Institutional records
For institution-assigned learning, your institution may need to handle or authorize requests concerning its educational records. You may contact your facilitator or institution privacy officer as well as CapitalWave. Removing enrollment or resetting practice does not itself submit a deletion request.
